We offer EMDR

What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a"newer" therapy that has been gradually spreading across the world as an innovative way to help people who have gotten to a point in their lives where they seem, "stuck," and need something new to get to that, "next level," or to work on things from the past that are holding them back from their true potential.
Please visit the website for the EMDR International Association to find out more, including new and exciting research that has been done regarding the efficacy and positive long term effects that have been observed!
Here at A Willow Bends, our clinicians have been using EMDR to help our clients succeed for several years. Give us a call today!
